Compassion Through Experience

What I Do And Why It Matters

Caring for both of my parents revealed the emotional, practical, and often overwhelming challenges families face when making important care decisions for someone they love.
My experience with their memory loss concerns, healthcare coordination, resource research, financial oversight, and daily caregiving responsibilities ultimately inspired me to create For My Parents Care.

What Caring For My Parents Taught Me

Caring for my mother and father showed me how quickly families can move from everyday routines into difficult decisions. I experienced the stress of memory concerns, doctor visits, planning questions, and searching for the right kind of help at the right time.
Those moments taught me that families need more than information. They need patience, understanding, and someone who knows how emotional these decisions can feel.

Why I Know What Families Need

Because I have been in the caregiver role myself, I understand how confusing it can be to sort through options while trying to do what is best for someone you love. I know the pressure of wanting answers, but not always knowing where to begin.
That experience helps me listen differently. I focus on what each family is truly facing, then help them find clear next steps and resources that fit their situation.

The Heart Behind My Work

For My Parents Care was built from love, experience, and a desire to make the caregiving journey less lonely for others. I believe families deserve honesty, compassion, dignity, and steady support during important elder care decisions.
My approach is personal because this work is personal to me. I bring the same care, respect, and concern to families that I wanted for my own parents.

My Heart For Advocacy And Helping Others

My other passion aligns very closely with my dedication to helping seniors. My love for animals has been a guiding force in my life and since 2011, I’ve dedicated myself to volunteering, fostering, and advocating for animals through LA Animal Rescue (www.laar.org), a small 501c3 animal rescue here in Southern California, made up of a passionate team of dedicated volunteers, fosters, and friends.

Helping vulnerable animals find safety, love, and forever homes has deepened my compassion and commitment to making a difference. This same drive extends to my work with seniors, where I find immense fulfillment in providing care and support.

Whether it’s rescuing a pet or helping an elderly individual, my passion lies in creating connections and improving lives for those who need it most.
