Permitted Use

1. Respect and Kindness: Zero Tolerance for Bullying:  Engage respectfully with the community even during disagreements.  Any form of harassment, bullying, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to a ban. This includes but is not limited to rude, abusive, disrespectful, insulting, or obscene behavior.
2. Privacy and Security: Do not share your personal details such as address, phone numbers, usernames, passwords or sensitive login information publicly on the forum. Use outside private messaging to share information with trusted members at your own risk. The responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your information is solely yours.  For My Parents Care is not liable for any adverse consequences form your disclsoure of such information.
3. Legal Compliance: Only use the forum for lawful purposes in accordance with our agreement and relevant laws. Promoting or engaging in illegal activities is strictly prohibited.  We reserve the right to retain user information and disclose any content or communication to comply with legal or regulatory requirements or official requests.
4. Content Restriction:  Do not post any content that could be considered offensive, including racial, sexual, violent, promoting hatred on any level, or religiously intolerant material.  Refrain from posting explicit sexual content, engaging in bigotry, or promoting hatred.  No content should promote illegal activities or contain threats or harassment.
5. Impersonation and Misrepresentation: Impersonating others or providing misleading information is prohibited.  Impersonation and posting unauthorized commercial solicitations are also prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property: Respect copyright laws. Do not post copyrighted material without authorization or proper attribution.  .
7. Multiple Accounts and Spam: Each member is allowed only one account and one username to help minimize trolling. Multiple accounts or spammy behavior will lead to account(s) termination and a permanent ban.
8. Advertising and Commercial Solicitation: Commercial advertising without prior approval is not allowed. Unsolicited advertisements will be removed.
9. System Integrity:  Do not undertake any actions that disrupt the site or its associated networks or servers.  Do not transmit viruses or malicious software.  Do not engage in data mining or use robots or similat data extraction tools.
10. Posting and Conduct:  Always try to choose the appropriate forum category for your posts to avoid duplicating threads.  Political discussions and other sensitive topics are permitted but must comply with our no-bullying rule.  If these discussions do not interest you, simply move past them.

Administrative Rights

For My Parents Care reserves the right to refuse, deny or terminate service and/or membership, modify or remove content, and enforce account discipline at our sole discretion. Moderators and administrators strive to enforce these rules impartially to ensure the community's integrity.
